"Bring it down, people! Down into your heart. Breath the energy down from your head to your heart. Many of you are too much in your minds. And that mind chatter can lean toward the negative. Shift back to your heart. Then complete the circuit and breath from your heart to the bottoms of your feet. This will ground you and your energy. (too bad you don't have 4 paws like us! But 2 will work!) Practice this regularly. Many times a day. You will begin to live from a more heart centered space of love, flow, joy, clarity and miracles."
