An awesome dinner

Last night we had the best dinner. I made re-fried black beans, guacamole, sliced olives and home made salsa. The salsa is easy. Just chop up tomatoes, onions, garlic, a peach or a plum or another cool fruit, fresh cilantro, and mix in Bragg's apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. I heated up Food for Life sprouted corn tortillas and stuffed those babies with everything previously mentioned! They were soooo good! And good for you!

  1. Thanks for the great suggestion on the salsa! We make a very similar salsa although never added a peach or plum but that sounds like the perfect addition. :-)
