Your Story Channel

Your Story

They are just stories.  Stories told and foretold.  Stories are retold.  Some are told from pain.  Some for effect.  Some to teach future generations.  Sometimes stories are told to inspire.  Stories have beginnings, a middle and an end.  Stories can be rewritten turning metal into gold. 

Stories can be interpreted in so many varied ways.  Some people let their stories define them.  Some people are always looking to create a new story.  Stories can be written in pages.  Stories can be orally told.  Stories in a book can be lost, burned, stored, reread, revered, hidden, hated, and revealed.

Stories can be changed.   Stories are malleable.  They can be fleeting.  They can be transmuted.

For many, their story is etched on the lines of their face or held deep in their cells and tissues.

The story is yours.  You can keep it, keep repeating it, or you can change it, forever.  Is it serving you?  Is it feeding you?

Edit and retell it.  Edit and retell it until…  Or, stop telling it completely.  Your story defines not just who you have been but also who you have yet to be.

"Aging"

The following is a channeled message from the Angels:

"Age is never a factor.  We are here to tell you that you do not have to get old.  Your age is a number of your own creation.  All you ever are is now.  The truth is that you may create whatever you want.  Why are you continuing to create the idea of "old age".  "Time" on your planet is (hu)man-made.  It is not Real.  It is part of the illusion you buy into because this is what you have always done.  It is what you have learned from others.  In this new energy of Awakening, vitality, health and well being are available to you at any age.  It is all a result of your beliefs.  You have been under the false belief that you must age (and suffer) in order to pass into the Light.  We are here with you now to show you there is another way.  We are reminding you that you do not have to age or suffer.  You can just cross when it is right for you, when it is your time.  But first you would have to let go of the fears you all hold so close to you when it comes to dying.  You would need to remember you do not in fact die.  You are very much alive whether you are in body or floating along the ether of evermore.  You can release your physicality just as easily as you turn off a light switch in a room.  There is a joy in life in body.  There is also much joy in shedding it.  It was only ever about joy and swimming in it.  When you resist your joy, when you resist your pre-planned exit you spend your time creating seas and rivers of disease and pain.  You are not aging, my friends, you are living!  Always!"

"Your Body: Listen and Love"

Today we have a channeled message from our Angels!!:

“When a physical symptom arises in your body, it is there to give you a message.  Something is being brought to your awareness.  Every time.  It is simply a message.  It is not anything to fear, ever.  All you have to do is listen to this message.  If you do not listen to the message, it will repeat.  Do not judge the symptom or diagnose anything.  Just love yourself.  Give thanks and gratitude that your body is working to bring itself back into balance.  The message can be as easy as you are feeding it a food that does not suit or as deep as an old trauma is still in need of healing within you and is now ready for healing, love and release.  Love is always the answer.  Love everything about yourself all the time and you will find wellness within.”

Just one cup...

Repeatedly the Angels and my body have clearly told me that drinking coffee is not in my best interest (especially with caffeine). But I have to admit to really loving the smell of coffee. And then when winter sets in I have even more of a craving for a mid afternoon cup. So for Christmas this year friends gave us one of those keurig coffee maker deals which gives you one cup at a time. What fun...a new toy! I discovered that newman makes organic, fair trade, gluten free, decaf cups so I said to myself....what would be the harm. And my body gave its usual protest of dehydration and a wee bit more of a lack of energy than usual as I started my new coffee drinking ritual and still I persevered. Just recently I've gone to different stores in search of more coffee 'cups' and discovered a recurrent theme...they are all out of stock of that one coffee selection I want. There were even signs (and a 'sign' from those angels...) that said the store didn't know when it would be back in. That's what I get for not listening in the first place!!!! lol Fine, back to herbal teas!! :)
