"You give your children "time outs". And now they are associated with "bad stuff"/"bad behavior". We are submitting to you that time outs are a very very good thing indeed!!!! So we are giving all of you a time out! For good behavior! Rest, sweet ones. Take this time for yourself regularly. We see you always busy and running and running. Even when your body is still your mind is running and running. This is not good for you. You must quiet your body and your mind. Focus on your breath. Give yourself a time out whenever you need it. Just focus on your breath and listen to the sounds around you. Focus on breath and whatever sounds you hear. Perhaps it is the wind blowing through the trees. Stay with that sound. Focus only on that sound. Allow it to be. Allow it to come and go. Allow it to ebb and flow. Allow yourself to be. Bring value to these time outs. They will do more good for you when you are off and running again. You will be clear and centered. New ideas and solutions can come in to you. New energy is awakened. And so it is all good."
