Here's what Raven would like to share today:
"Move. It really doesn't matter what kind of movement or how you look. It doesn't have to be formal exercise; it can be spontaneous dance. Moving your body moves your energy. This allows your body to release stagnant energy which gives you a feeling of well-being!"
