Today we hear from the Bullfrogs!!:
"You have heard from our brothers that cleansing is vital.  We are here to remind you once again.  We want you to be assertive.  You do have a choice as to which energies surround you...both inside and out.  We want to remind you of this.  You cannot be 'wishywashy' with energetic self care and be effective.  Set your intention clearly and believe it to be true...whatever it is...to be filled with and surrounded by the light of the highest vibration of Source...and so it is.  Breath can get you there.  Breathe in that intention and let it travel and fill every aspect of yourself.  We are here to help you.  We will light the way."
