"Health and wellness (and everything else) results from your energy. The flow and glow of Light within you. Your diet simply accessorizes your energy in either an attractive (matching Light energy) way or in an unattractive (mis-match to Light energy) way!! And so we say allow your Light! For those more physically centered start with diet because it will bring about the energy awareness in time. It is really one big circle of your glowing Life! Those who are already aware will feel this mis-match profoundly in the coming times and will be guided to stay in the Flow!!"
