The message from Spirit this week is a call to the Divine Feminine.  Find comfort and seek solace in the Sacred Feminine.  Spend time with the aspects of softness, flow, rest, intuition, receptivity, blessings, love, faith, hope, nurturing, compassion, empathy, grounding, laughter, creativity, inspiration, and beauty.  

Also, make sure to practice self care in general but especially of your physical body.  Enjoy whole foods with pure nutrients.  Use trusted herbs and teas.  Explore new options and opportunities for growth and wellness.

A Grouse and a Hawk Animal Guide Message for you

Two Animal Guides have come forth today to share a message:

The Hawk asks you to rise up in two different ways.  First, engage in activities that help to raise your vibration.  How can you Lighten up your energy today?   Fresh air, creativity, relaxation techniques, movement,… what do you enjoy doing?

 Second, fly with the hawk up high in the sky to change your view.  The hawk asks you to see the bigger picture rather than getting stuck in the weeds.  Is there a specific intuitive message for you from your friend the hawk as you soar closer to Spirit?

The Grouse reminds you that this is a time to honor the Divine Feminine in whatever way has meaning for you.  When the structured approach is on hold or is not working, it is time to return to Mother Earth and a more flowing blend of wisdom.

A Fun Flower Fairy Friday Reading

I thought it would be fun to do a "Flower Fairy Friday" reading today pulling some cards from a fairy deck and a flower deck!!!  Wonderful synchronicity to pull the full moon flower card right after such a powerful full moon!!

"This is a powerful time of manifesting and abundance.  But, you must be tuned into the wavelength of energy along the divine feminine waves.  Giving back, showing kindness and empathy, respecting the Earth and its creatures are but a few aspects of the divine feminine to practice.  Playing, nurturing your Spiritual side, going on adventures, allowing the seeds sown to grow and bloom in their own time...these are the prospects to enjoy if you are able to find this frequency and light."

"Others call us names, whores and such to cover up their own insecurities.  Sometimes with our bodies we are doing what we have been taught.  It is not real or authentic for us.  It is casting ourselves in the role others see for us.  Now it is time to explore the role we see for ourselves.  How can we let go of the shame imposed on us that we are now imposing upon ourselves?  The sigma.  How can we be a reminder for each other's true light instead?  Every aspect of you is sacred.  Release the judgments of others.  Let go of the pattern of judging yourself.  It is like unraveling something that has been crocheted and now doing the stitches all over again.  Our accepting of the shame felt shameful, too.  And so there are many patterns and layers of stitches to unwind.  It was all imposed upon us especially women/the feminine aspect to keep us down; but we are rising now."

Love and compassion are energies that emanate from the Mother. The Divine Mother. The Mother of us All. You have put value in different aspects in your culture like status and power. These aspects can lead to greed and disregard causing you to trample on the hearts of others and your own heart, too, to get to where you think you need to go. But when you get there you find you are alone and you gaze out at the destruction around you. Of each other, of our planet. Do not wait that long before you awaken.
