Let your colors shine

     Your colors (aura, vibration, energy) are sent out to the universe and are reflected back to you in kind.  

      Your power lies in your ability to have awareness from that reflection.

Each season carries with it a specific energy dynamic, code, and message for those who listen.

We can blend our energy to the energy of Nature to enhance our experience and assist our individual and collective journeys.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, we can harness its burst of fire and light to our advantage.  Spirit is encouraging us to burn away the excess layers that no longer serve us and to burn through the lower vibrations around us. 

We can picture the rays of sun showering down upon us, releasing all that is not light.

Rinse and repeat.  This is an ongoing process.

We may then choose to extend this vision and intention out to benefit the planet as a whole.

"It is an abundantly powerful time right now.  There is no denying that, no matter what side of the fence you are on or where you have drawn your line in the sand.  A protective detail can be needed from time to time.  But you are meant to live fully here right now.  That is what the energy is ripe to create.  You are being pulled up out from the egoic third-dimension by your collective bootstraps.  Some are rising into higher vibrations of light with ease and joy.  But most are struggling through unique challenges to get there.  It is a challenge of your own making when you try to remain stuck to the status quo as if that is your only life line.  If you do not let go of the training wheels, you will never experience the joy of a balanced ride this time around.  Freedom to create the life that you have always wanted to live is right there at your fingertips."

Spirit Light is Love

Since we have just passed Halloween (or Samhain) our Angels, loved ones on the other side, and the ascended masters wanted to bring forward a message about "spirits".  It seems there is much to do about nothing.  Halloween traditionally was a time to honor our ancestors.  When we pass to the other side we easily and beautifully return to the Light.  Our light helpers wanted to talk today about perhaps the small percentage of energies left behind outside of the full light.  Here is their message:

"Spirit light energy can take whatever form you would recognize.  Whatever form you are calling to you.  It is in response to your vibration.  It is not as if it is one cohesive being.  It is a blend of similar frequencies.  We would love for you to let go of the word “ghost” and other terminology that serves you not.  It inaccurately gives power to that which has not accepted the fullness of light.  It is just energy.  They are thought forms left behind.  They can remain at a variety of frequencies.  It is all etheric in nature, wisps of energies.  It can be released as easily as batting away an annoying bug.  You hold it to you by staying in the same vibrational frequency.  Words such as attachments, darkness, … can keep you away from your power, the true light of who you are.  Spirits of lower frequencies have no power but what you assign to them, the inroads you allow for them to cling to your energy field to harness your energy through the remnants you hold onto that no longer serve you, anything that is not light."

New channeled message!~Fulfillment

I know it's been a while since I brought something forward for you from Spirit.  But I am finally settling into my new space and my new routine.  So, here is part one from the Angels/Guides... ( Part 2 should come later in the week!):

"Everything that happens in your life is a reflection of what is needed.  It is a reflection of you.  Each change is what is needed.  You may not like what you are seeing.  So many humans feel that they must "label" these as good or bad.  In truth what is occurring is a neutral vibration responding to your frequency/energy.  But when you use so many negative "labels" to describe what is happening around you and to you, you end up holding yourself apart from the purpose of it all.  Instead of saying, "This is bad", ask, "Why?".  Why is this here before me.  Why did this come in.  What is it here to show me.  What is it reflecting.  What is it I need to see, learn, grow, do, change...  Then the energy begins to shift, automatically!!  Instead of pronouncing a negative label causing stagnation, you are opening yourself to other possibilities.  We are reflecting to you as we access your vibration.  We read your energy and send you in every moment exactly what you need for you to reach fulfillment of your soul purpose.  So that you can become fully who you are meant to be!"

Today we hear from the Wolf and the Fox together:
"We are truly one.  All light beings.  We are a perfect blend of oneness of Spirit, each with our own unique signature energy vibration.  This vibration is recognized both here (to those who are aware) and beyond.  We hear from many humans that they are afraid they will not recognize their family after death.  While it is true there will no longer be a name or a physical body house attached to a deceased loved one (whether formerly a human or an animal), you will know one another.  You will always know one another, infinitely."

Angel Message~~Relationships: "Rise above it"

I received a channeled message from the Angels today to share with all of you:

"Each of you comes to the relationship table filled with ego and wounded-ness.  And when you meet each other from that lower vibratory place it is like having a frying pan of bacon between you on the relationship table...the hot grease is bound to splatter each of you.  We want to remind each of you that you are more than just the lower aspects of yourself.  We are challenging all of you now to incorporate the highest aspects of yourself (your Spirit light) into your every day life.  We know it is different from how you have always been.  But we promise you it will be so much better!  Then you come to the table already filled with love.  And it is love that is shared at the table (in the relationship).  Sure there will still be lessons to learn.  But oh what fun you will have!  And because you are already full you will no longer fear getting burnt.  And because you have been where the other person is (...maybe different circumstances...different experiences...), in the same ego and wounded-ness, you can now begin to find forgiveness and understanding.

Every single person is spinning on the merry-go-round of their own life.  Sometimes you join together and spin together for a while.  Other times you get off their ride to spin once again on your own.  This is the nature of human relationships.  It is helpful if you do not judge another's ride (life).  It is also helpful if you do not believe it is your job to "fix" another's ride (life), for that is coming from the ego.  And the truth is, for better or for worse, you each came into this lifetime to do your own spinning!!!  That was the whole point!"

"Today is a day that connects the highest vibration of our Earth Mother with the highest vibration that humanity will allow.  We have been holding this space and frequency of light for all time.  Join our cry for peace as we herald in a new world order.  Bring back the light within yourself any way you can!"

"Yes, we are your friends, too. We know you discount us but we are Spirit essence just as you are. We take shape and form just like you do for our purpose. All is Spirit. All is One. We bring you messages and guidance through our vibrations just as your other animal friends do!"

"We know your name. Your names holds the vibration of who you are. Our song is our vibration and so we sing to you so that we might recognize each other again!"

"Whole-ly" Eating

Recently the Angels came through with some eating guidance for raising your vibration and ascension as we move forward at this time. (See prior 'Vegan Considerations' post)

The Angels are now adding two new food concepts to their recipe for eating "lighter". First, as you assemble your plate make sure the the amount of vegetables or fruits is much larger than anything else. So if you are doing veggies and rice, make sure that you are eating mostly veggies with a touch of rice. (and the farther away from the whites--ie. white rice, the better, too) Or, if you are really brave....just the veggies!

The second concept is to eat "whole-ly". Follow the individual food itself back to its whole. So for instance, I enjoy quinoa pasta because I'm eating gluten free. They want me to eat the actual quinoa instead. (and then eat it in accordance with concept #1 above!!!!) Any processing they say is taking away light/life force energy from the food.

The Angels say that it is the synergy of all the natural components of our food that brings health and well being. They don't recommend one food or herb over another. They say that water is like white light...it contains all the spectrum of colors you need. It is not one isolated component but rather the "whole" of the food. "Light" is your fuel. You need the "whole" spectrum of light through your diet. You are a myriad of swirling light!

So we want our portions to have the most light and also the most nutrients. The Angels say the color energy of each fruit or vegetable is important.

The Angels want you to give yourself a break, too. Listen to your body, listen to your Angels, and love yourself wherever you currently are. Everyone is in a different stage of transformation and everyone has different needs. Just honor yours!

Today's Raven's World is a part two from last week:

"Food are best pure and unprocessed. Chemicals and processing of the food lower its vibratory capability and make it more difficult for your body to assimulate and gather nutrients to feed your cells."

Rewind and Upgrade

In preparing for tomorrow evening's Discovering Nature's Spirit radio show (7-8 pm est) I asked the Angels what they wanted me to share. They immediately gave me a picture of rewinding an old cassette tape. (remember those?!) When you rewound them sometimes they would snag, sometimes they would rip, and sometimes the tape would come right out of the plastic container. The Angels told me that that is what many of us our experiencing right now. A rewind! And like the tape it is not always easy. The purpose they tell me is that we are currently "rewinding" our energy so that we can release any energetic "snags" we still have that can trip us up as we move forward on our paths. The snags represent our difficult life experiences from the past that have left marks in our energy fields or still reside in our cell memories. Sometimes we are aware of these marks and sometimes we are completely unaware but because they reside in our energy and our energy shapes our lives they can continue to affect us and block our progress. The Angels are readying us for smooth sailing ahead and we cannot sail so smoothly until our energies our clear. They give this information to us in this way so that we can understand that often the challenges we are currently facing in our lives are to help bring awareness to our old snags!! Once we are aware of what is happening and what may be being triggered, release follows fairly easily. The problem we run into is we get stuck in the snag all over again when we are not aware of the process like many feet of black cassette tape in ribbons all over the floor outside the plastic container! Knowledge is power. Remember to ask the Angels for help in releasing these old patterns, hurts, etc. The Angels can help you smooth out that tape! The whole process is leading us forward to a new energy...an energy that is clear and at a higher frequency...like leaving the cassette tape completely behind after we have rewound it. We can give ourselves a clean slate for a whole new start at the life we have always dreamed of. And what is being offered to us is not even upgrading to a cd; but rather to a whole new wireless system where the quality is pure, vibrant and exciting! As we keep moving forward on our journey to the stars we can bring in more and more light...more of our higher self energy...more of who we truly are! We'll talk more on the show Mon. night!! 11/11 and the shifts

I find myself with yet another cleansing cold. And I hear from Spirit that it is all good. I'm to welcome the changes as it is leading to purification. And that is what it is all about. As we move forward at this time, many of us are being called upon to raise our vibrations, shift our energies and welcome in more of our Soul self. Sometimes this is exciting and our manifestations and joys abound. And other times it can be challenging. The 'old' energies that no longer serve us must be released. There are all kinds of potential symptoms that may result as we release the old heaviness and welcome in more of our light body--headaches, various aches and pains, colds, flu, digestive upsets, tiredness, emotional release, just to name a few... For those of you who are with me in the Lightarian programs, these attunements are designed to help you and speed you up on this process of ascension. There are, of course, many other holistic programs out there that can help you and you can work directly with Spirit, too. Meditation and continued communication with your own guidance system is essential for a smooth move, up, so to speak!
Spirit showed me last night that when they help us to raise our vibration or help us 'light-en up' or we receive an attunement or global energy shift alignment, it is much like when the tv repair person comes to fix your tv. For a while, while the fix is going on the tv picture can appear snowy. But once the repair is finished your tv picture will be much more clear, clean and sharper than ever before. You guessed it, you are the tv and Spirit is the repair person.
It's best to embrace it and surrender to the changes as we move from fear and other 3rd dimension energies to love and the 5th dimension energies. For, after all, that's why we are all here!!!
