Just one cup...

Repeatedly the Angels and my body have clearly told me that drinking coffee is not in my best interest (especially with caffeine). But I have to admit to really loving the smell of coffee. And then when winter sets in I have even more of a craving for a mid afternoon cup. So for Christmas this year friends gave us one of those keurig coffee maker deals which gives you one cup at a time. What fun...a new toy! I discovered that newman makes organic, fair trade, gluten free, decaf cups so I said to myself....what would be the harm. And my body gave its usual protest of dehydration and a wee bit more of a lack of energy than usual as I started my new coffee drinking ritual and still I persevered. Just recently I've gone to different stores in search of more coffee 'cups' and discovered a recurrent theme...they are all out of stock of that one coffee selection I want. There were even signs (and a 'sign' from those angels...) that said the store didn't know when it would be back in. That's what I get for not listening in the first place!!!! lol Fine, back to herbal teas!! :)
