Renewal and Rebirth at Imbolc-a personal message from Laura

 Change is the only constant is a saying from long ago.  I have felt this way in my personal life for some time now.  It is hard to embrace change.  The unknown can be scary, and we can feel full of resistance.  It is the rare among us that can stand facing a new horizon in full faith as life meanders here and yon.

For those of you who have traveled alongside me on the journey of The Purple Rose, you may have noticed many changes over the years while I endeavored to create a dynamic that worked well for all concerned.

I was inspired to create the business and home of The Purple Rose Healing Center a little over 23 years ago.  Embracing my intuitive and healing gifts as well as my spiritual connection was quite the ride, sometimes bumpy but oftentimes filled with joy. 

Like many, my innate gifts were buried under emotional trauma and life lived.  My intention and purpose have always been to inspire and assist others as we continue to become whole together in a supportive community.

So, as Imbolc of 2025 dawns with renewed light, I feel inspired to create another change.  A few years back, I let go of the physical location of The Purple Rose and still maintained an online and remote presence.  But the time has come to close the business completely.

The spirit of the Purple Rose will always be a part of who I am, and I will continue to share messages from Spirit as inspired both on this blog and my youtube channel (you can find that link below).  I hope they will be helpful for those who choose to tune in from time to time.

I am trusting my inner guidance as I stand in anticipation of something brand new on the horizon yet again.  

Words cannot do justice to the appreciation I have for all of you.  Spirit is always telling us that we are co-creating our lives along with those from Spirit.  The Purple Rose journey has also been a co-creation with all of you.  You are what made it all worthwhile!

Message for the new year-2025 like a snow globe

 

It is the best of times; it is the worst of times.  You have heard this phrase before, yes?  

But it is true moving forward.

You will see the extremes.

Your job is to maintain your own integrity and your own equilibrium to the best of your ability.

We have spoken of this concept for a long time.  It is about the connection and messages from within.  That is where all of your power lies.

Not outside of yourself.

This is the good news.  This is helpful as the pendulum in the world around you swings wildly back and forth.

Your center is always flowing Source light and measured.

Like a snow globe where things appear to be shaken up, but the center remains steady and in place.

Inside you are always clear.

This is your focus now.  

You have been practicing for a while.  

You are surefooted and ready.

This is an exciting time to be alive.

Where all you have learned throughout many lifetimes is all available for you now.

You have cleared the way, so you are supported unlike ever before.

Sunrise Moonset

 As the sun rises and the moon sets, we are once again offered the promise of a new dawn.

This month's mourning moon is all set to wane to new and reminds us to let go.  

Our feelings should not define who we are.  They are meant to pass through for release, cycling just as the moon continues her own journey each new day.

The message moving forward is one of peace.  We all know peace starts from within.  

Now more than ever before, our focus must turn within, where all of our power lies.

Mother Earth supports, nurtures, and guides us each step of the way forward along with our own inner knowing, growing stronger with each passing season.

What can you do to honor peace within yourself?  How can you bring forth your inner guidance toward the promise of a new, better, and brighter tomorrow for yourself and those that you love?

Summer ushers in rays of sunshine and hope to bring light to your garden

and your life. 

There is more expansion and growth at hand during the season ahead. 

Stay true to yourself and stay focused upon the path you would like to

walk forward upon. 

Blessings ride on the winds of change coming forth this season.  Your plantings and intentions will begin to bear fruit.

Remember to keep your spirit light and continue to raise your energy higher.  A higher vibration will foster a much needed break from the mundane.  You may find that you have a foot in the physical at the same time you are dipping your toes

in the realms of spirit. 

Though this perspective has the appearance of offering you a split view, you will find it essential to learn to see life from a higher focus as a witness,

even as you experience it firsthand.

Each season carries with it a specific energy dynamic, code, and message for those who listen.

We can blend our energy to the energy of Nature to enhance our experience and assist our individual and collective journeys.

 

 

Spring offers the following message:

 

Your healing journey and your spiritual journey are intrinsically woven together along a cosmic spiral dance.

Not a straight line at all but rather a spiral.  Allowing you to revisit your past in microdoses, heading deeper each time.  New fertile territory covered time and time again.

Many in the spiritual community get frustrated or even think that they have failed when they revisit old wounds, bringing more of the shadow to light. 

But the opposite is true.

Each time, you clear the way for more light to flow along your spiritual channel.  Allowing even more wisdom, shining even more light.  If you are a healer even more healing energy can flow through you for yourself and others.

The path to ascension and enlightenment is not for the faint of heart, but the rewards are plentiful.

Spring ushers in an intense opportunity for deep connection and ancestral clearing, not only for your own individual family lineage but also your greater world Family.

The Quickening Moon for Spring Channeled Message

 

The energies have been intense leading up to this full moon weekend providing you with the opportunity to release all that will not be needed moving forward into your full power and creative imagination. 

The time is right to recharge and pull back from ordinary commitments.  You need to become even more discerning about how you share and use your own energy.  Remember to pull from the Light of Source and be careful how you connect to those people and situations that present around you.

Spirit is saying your energy is your own fuel tank (so-to-speak) and it is not to be shared without more understanding and focus.  Be careful for leaks. 

All the prior work you have been doing is perfectly orchestrating what you need now.  You know how to relax, meditate, and practice self-care.  You know true power and wisdom comes from within.  You know how to recognize when the energies are off around you, ones that do not resonate with your soul. 

As Winter wanders on before turning into Spring, it is a wonderful time to fill up your reserve tank.  Focus on all the aspects of life that you enjoy.  Celebrate the parts of you that you wish to grow with the increasing sunshine. 

Do not be deterred by the chaos that shows up in the outside world.  Remember your innate power and just like the plants and flowers that will bloom come Springtime, you, too, have the ability to always turn toward the light.

 Winter offers the following message:

It is time to press the metaphorical pause button.

It is time to rest.  It is a time to grow from within.

We have brought this message through before for you, but this Winter you will find it fitting once again.  There is uncertainty coupled with chaos in the outside world that would be best to avoid if you can.

If you find yourself swept away, it can be within your purview to press pause to allow yourself time to reset back to factory (realign with Source) settings.

Sometimes you must move forward.  And always do so when you feel Divinely guided with an inspiration you cannot (nor should you) ignore. 

But for the most part, take your guidance from Nature this Winter's season.  Slow down and wait for the promise and green light of

Spring-time just ahead.

Sacredness Created from the 11 11 Portal

 

The 11 11 portal provided a much needed doorway to usher in a new wave of energy for those who seek it.  Before you can avail yourselves to the new insights and opportunities now available, a clearing of the decks is a must.  You simply cannot hold on to the higher frequencies being downloaded without a physical body able to receive them.

The theme moving forward is embracing the sacred.  You must first begin by remembering your own sacredness as a vessel that allows Spirit to flow.  Then, you may hold space for others to do the same.

As you look out into your world, look for the sacred in all things.  Women have always been the sacred vessels allowing new life.  The time is upon you now to bring forth a new way and thus a whole new world.

We stand here ready to support you.  It is so easy to find us deep within the sacred.

Channeled Message for Summer, 2023-It's all about Perspective

 

Summer’s message is all about perspective.  How have you come to view the world around you?  It is said that a multitude of individuals may see the same event and have varying accounts of what happened.  The farmer rejoices for the rainy day after a dry spell while the bride on her outdoor wedding day does not.

Well, the same is true for every aspect of your life.  Your perspective is shaping your life experience without a doubt.  But, it is simply how you choose to focus combined with the beliefs you have come to hold (onto, even if they serve you not).

We ask you to begin to change your focus.  Sure, it would be helpful to focus more on the positive and all of you do this to some degree.  Being positive all the time is no easy task nor is it a natural product of the human condition.

Instead, as you enjoy the summer months ahead of you, we suggest you simply be more aware.  That is all.  Move into a place of awareness of your own view. 

Maybe over time you may even be able to accept that others hold differing views.  And that is okay.  There is more than one way to see the world.  You came in for the variety.  To learn from each other and grow into a new way of being.

It is there, in that awareness, that your power lies.  Because it is there you may choose to shift your focus to a life of your own conscious creation.

May Day Message

 

Let the Queen of Cups remind you of the softer side of life.  Going with the flow.  Letting go.  Trusting that the Divine plan will unfold perfectly for you. 

Take time out to rest and recharge when you need it.  Pause to listen to your intuition and spend time observing nature.  Go for a swim in the ocean or luxuriate in a sea salt bath.

May heralds in the promise of the Bloom.  The sun is stronger, and your creations are coming back to life.

We endeavor to mix metaphors in a powerful message for you as you wander toward the full flower moon ahead.  See the image of the nutcracker (oops, this is usually referred to at a different time of year).  The hard outer shell of the nut protects the precious candy within.  (No wait…that is an M&M.)

The energies of your time are rapidly changing at a record pace.  Those who are more sensitive than most (aka empaths) must “erect” appropriate boundaries as needed.  (Hence the shell that protects your sacred center) Say no when needed.  Turn off the news.  Treat yourself better.  Surround yourself with energies that feed your spirit.

We are here to remind you that you do always have a choice.  Sometimes it may feel like you are riding the current, helplessly drowning, when you can, in fact, make a different choice.  You can opt out of the situation.  You can look in a different direction or change your perspective.  You can bring in new healing to past traumas. 

Because, you see, the shell is not always of value, especially if kept in place for too long. You may never get to enjoy your gooey center.  Over time, the shell can begin to get stale and even crack.  A cracked outer shell can cause your center to harden, too.  You may harden and forget your own sacredness or the sacredness within others.

We ask the Fairy Queen to help us keep our center soft while still transmuting or reflecting harshness away.  She can lead your way forward to creating more rest, self-love and care, and flow.  Just like the seed that falls away to let its inner flower grow, so too, are you ready to begin to reach for the sun.

Spring 2023 Message from Spririt

 

Spring’s message is a reminder about the cycle(s) of life. 

There is tremendous push back as we transition into a higher vibration with regard to a masculine mind set.  Not female or male, but rather the energies of masculine and feminine.

A masculine energy is more aggressive.  If used positively, we can tap into the masculine to push ourselves forward, bring our creations into the world, and protect our investments, whatever we may hold dear.

Feminine energy can be more subtle.  We engage when we tune into our intuition, spend time enjoying creative projects, and allowing an empathic response. 

As the vibration of the planet attempts to rise to new heights, we are finding tremendous resistance along the way.  The masculine element has been dominant in our society at large.  Those of us who are aware of the planetary shifts, are seeking more of a balance, as the feminine rises.  Whether intentional or simply resisting something new, we see playing out on the world stage, the unhealthy demands from the masculine. 

In the meantime, as the energies realign, we can allow nature to be our guide once again.  Everything cycles.  Spring is once again upon our doorstep after wandering through the dark barren Winter landscape. 

The masculine tends to work along straight lines, linearly focused.  For now, moving forward, we can remind ourselves we rarely flow in a straight line. 

Naturally, our bodies and our souls thrive in cyclical patterns and even spirals (like the seashell).  Our energy constantly ebbs and flows.  Our lives change organically through experiences such as the end of a relationship, a loved one passing on, or a new birth coming forward.

The feminine helps us to go with the flow.  The moon does not fear the waxing, waning, full, or dark phases it travels through.  Nor should you.

Winter Solstice and Lighting up in 2023:

Our animal guides for the season ahead are the Dolphin and the Ant

portending the promise of joy and breaking free.

You are also reminded that patience is said to be a virtue. 

In fact, it is a wonderful skillset to unearth and practice. 

Inherent within patience is faith that all is well, that you are

always fully supported, and that everything is occurring in its perfect time for you.

Just as all of the light available does not return all at once on the day

after the solstice, the same is true for the blessings coming to you. 

The light gradually returns a little each day in harmony and balance with All. 

Your journey is the same.  You may wish for all of your blessings all at once. 

But you need to be open to accept and receive them. 

Appropriate foundations need to be in place. 

2023 heralds in a time of allowing what is ready to be received in

each moment while pausing and paving the way for even more

The truth is there is more alignment than ever before in your history, allowing more of us in the highest Light to join forces with you.  Do not lose hope.  There is tremendous success yet to be had.  Keep your light on and shine forth from within.

A message from the Lynx for this Halloween weekend reminding us all to take some time out to listen to Spirit.  Lynx can help us discover all of the secrets of the universe.  As the veil thins to allow for clearer communication, take advantage of the pure guidance from those that came before.  Those that are assisting from a higher perspective.

We must honor our channel and the messages coming though.  Perhaps start a journal so that when you lose that connection in the ordinary course of life, you can remind yourself that you are an integral aspect of the Divine.
